From the dashboard hover over posts and click add new

 

1. Add a Title for your Announcement

 

2. Type the content for your announcement.

 

After creating your blog consider putting it a a category. Your blog will then automatically show up on the category page. The default Aboundant categories are Blog, News, and Sermons. News is the recommended category for announcements. The category options are on the right side of your screen. If you need to add a category link to the menu, click here.
