We also offer a weekly 1-hour support webinar, 1-2 PM ET | 12-1 PM CT | 11-12 MT | 10-11 PT. Click here for the webinar link at that time. During that hour, we work directly with those who show up on their sites, so it's a great chance to learn from others as well.
Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT. We also monitor messages on evenings and weekends as well, though not as closely. During these hours, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries.
